By accessing or using IronCoach AI ("the Service") operated by ALEROX INSTAL SERVICE S.R.L., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
IronCoach AI provides AI-powered personal coaching services including workout plans, nutrition guidance, and an AI chat coach. The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
⚠️ IronCoach AI is not a medical service. Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.
The AI coach provides general fitness and nutrition information. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete or suitable for your individual situation. IronCoach AI does not guarantee specific results.
All content on IronCoach AI, including workout plans, nutrition plans, and AI-generated content, is the property of ALEROX INSTAL SERVICE S.R.L. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALEROX INSTAL SERVICE S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any injuries sustained during exercise.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of București, România.

ALEROX INSTAL SERVICE S.R.L. (CUI: 44297974) is the data controller for personal data collected through IronCoach AI, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records — 5 years).
